Terms of Service

please read all the way through!

By making payment you hear by sign a virtual contract agreeing to and adhering to the complete TOS.

 

Payment

 

When making a payment to us to please remember that your  30% down payment is 100% non refundable. If you are making payments you will be required to pay your fixed amount every 1st of the month or on the agreed upon date for your payment plan.

We do take payment plans and these are worked out with each customer on an individual case by case basis.

Payments are to be made through Paypal only unless alternatives are discussed on a case by case basis. 

 

Age

 

We do not at this time work with ant minors under no circumstances,  all clients must be of the age of majority. 18+ only. 

Quotes

 

I do not charge for quotes, however quotes are only valid for 6 months and become invalid when commissions close.

 

*Quotes received before January 1st 2024 are no longer valid and must be redone! this is due to the rising costs of raw materials and changes in the supply chain. sadly costs have increased to meet the cost of inflation on these materials.*

 

Shipping

 

All quotes provided DO NOT include shipping. Shipping quotes will be provided after the suit is packed for shipping and weighed. Once your quote is given you will have 72 hours to pay your shipping fee, your package will not ship until payment is received.

All shipments will have tracking and be sent in a timely manner. shipping times may vary depending on weather and other factors.

 

Shipping will only be sent by Canada post

 

Return shipping

 

In the event an item needs to be shipped back to us for alteration or repair you must contact us prior to shipping to get the correct shipping address from us.

All wips images are shared with each customer through social media before being share to public pages. In this we ensure at each milestone of your suit, that nothing is missed, or if something is not to your liking we can change it before it is to late. 

It is highly important that communication is kept with all clients, as if we can not get approval for wips, we can not continue to the next steps in the process.

Due dates and deadlines

Novafur is a small part time hobby style business, at this time we can absolutely not under any circumstance offer set deadlines for any customers. Time frames will be discussed with each client before payments are made. 

Due to covid-19 time lines can vary incredibly due to long waits for materials to be shipped, illness, day job, etc. 

Due to these measures novafur can only give approximate timelines and time frames. Meaning times can vary greatly.

Any customer who commissions and does not get any updates on their commission one year later is entitled to a 100% refund. No questions asked.

 

Canceling

 

If you have found that you no longer wish to continue with your commission and want to cancel please remember:

- your deposit is non refundable.

- once materials are ordered 50% of the price is non refundable (this covers the cost of materials and shipping)

- Once the suit is started if the commissioner still wishes to cancel a refund price will be discussed with the commissioner on a case per case basis

- Once the suit is delivered unless there is something drastically wrong with the suit, no refund will be given. This is why we communicate with all out clients with Work in progress to insure accuracy . If something was missed or needs to be corrected. The commissioner and novafur will discus options to fix, or give a partial refund depending on the situation. 

 

!!! warranty !!!

 

ALL NOVAFUR PRODUCTS, SUITS, PAWS, TAILS ETC COME WITH A LIFETIME WARRANTY AFTER THE SUIT IS DELIVERED. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE DAMAGE FROM WEARING THE SUIT. HOWEVER IF SOMETHING IS DEFECTIVE OR NEEDS ADJUSTMENTS PLEASE CONTACT US.

 

IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR COMMISSION AFTER ANY TIME AT ALL, NOVAFUR WILL STILL DO REPAIR WORK FOR ANY AND ALL CUSTOMERS*. 

*REPAIRS TO ALL OUR SUITS ARE FREE ANYTIME UNLESS AN EXCESS OF MATERIALS ARE REQUIRED. IE: REPLACING LARGE PATCHES OF FUR. REPLACING LARGE PARTS, ETC. 

SEAM STRESS HAPPENS AND SEAMS CAN OVER TIME POP, IF LEFT IN WARM LOCATIONS FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME, GLUES AND ADHESIVES BECOME LESS EFFECTIVE, ETC.

 

ALL THESE TYPES OR REPAIRS ARE COVERED FOR ANY AN ALL CUSTOMERS! 

***free repairs do not include the cost of shipping the suit to nova fur. ***

Please note, Nova fur wishes for everyone to get what the want and deserve. Manners are important, I wish to provide the best customer service possible. 

So if your not satisfied with your purchase, if you notice something wrong, or something doesn't fit correctly. That is my error and wish to rectify it with no extra cost*
